@Trader_XO
Anonymous futures trader who posts levels and positions, short and long. From May to the end of June 2026 XO was short Bitcoin from about $81,500 and called the drops to $71,000 and to $60,000–62,000. On 1 July XO began buying at $58,566, the low of our window. A bullish call in September, with a 90,000 target, missed.
In short. Trader XO is an anonymous crypto trader who posts on X as @Trader_XO. On our sample of ten dated calls from April to October 2026, the record is 6 played out, 1 open, 3 went against. XO trades in both directions from named levels, and the short calls did better than the long ones. The misses were a short in April that went against XO first, a September breakout call that fell back, and a June view that Solana would slide lower.
XO does not publish a name. The X account has been open since April 2013, and the bio reads only “Strictly 2σ-3σ”. In posts, XO says leveraged trading began in 2018, and also writes a lot about software and AI coding tools. XO reports trading results from a private journal: on 30 June 2026, a crypto perps account “up around 72%” since September 2025, and on 1 November, +38% in eight weeks. We could not check any of these figures.
Admitted misses: on 30 April 2026 XO wrote about a January investment in the SPACE token, which was trading far below its sale price: “My judgement on the project in January was wrong.” In June XO wrote of being too defensive at the 2022 lows, having been in the recession camp. XO also claims to have shorted Bitcoin near $125,000 before 10 October 2025, which is before our price window, so we do not chart it.
Calls not charted on their own card: on 29 April, a day after the short charted here, XO gave a scenario for a move back up into 80,000–81,000, and Bitcoin reached $81,437 on 7 May. On 6 May XO wanted Ether to take out its highs around 2,500; Ether peaked at $2,370 on 11 May and fell to $1,569 by 7 June. On 11 September XO sold Bitcoin at the 50-week average, and Bitcoin then rose 13.1% to $86,597 by 22 September. On 6 November XO switched from short to long, too recent to grade.

Levels, volume and order flow. XO marks value areas, VWAPs, the previous week’s high and low, and 12/25 EMA bands, then reads the order book and trade flow at those levels before taking a position. The posts usually name a level, a condition and the position already open, and say plainly when a short or long is closed. XO says spot holdings are bought with profits from shorts.
Two-way. XO was short Bitcoin from May to late June, bought from July, shorted Ether and Solana from late September, and on 30 October called a long base between 60,000 and 80,000. The long-term view on Bitcoin is bullish, but most posts are about the next range.
Ten dated calls from Trader XO's own X posts, seven on Bitcoin, one on Ether and two on Solana, charted against real price. The tally is 6 played out, 1 open, 3 went against.
“If we start trading through this zone here with no snapback / then I think the play for the remainder of Q4 leans towards building a much bigger accumulation base within this 60s-80s range... which has been my main scenario and one that I've enjoyed trading.”

Said at $80,874, on a weekly EMA crossover that XO said had come before strong rises in the past. The condition came: Bitcoin rose to $86,597 (+7.1%) on 22 September, and daily marks stayed above $82,000 until 8 October. But 90,000 never traded. Bitcoin fell back below the 78,500–79,000 level XO wanted to hold, to $75,775 (−6.3%) on 7 November. It is at $75,954 (−6.1%). On 24 October XO wrote that higher prices had not been expected. 𝕏 Post“opens up a thin pathway to 73s” — Trader XO on X↗ x.comOutcomes are our read of the stated claim against real price, not XO's own scoring. Selection: the X profile feed returned 406 of XO's own posts from 21 March to 7 November 2026, 377 of them inside our price window. We read every post that names a Bitcoin, Ether or Solana level or direction, and chart one post for each setup. When XO changed the plan within a day, we chart the first post and list the change in the background. Our price data is daily, so the price given for each call is the daily mark for the post's date. Several calls are shorts. The $1,000 line on each card assumes buying, so for a short call it shows the loss a buyer would have had.
XO does not sell signals. Here is what the account says about sponsors, the Substack and its own money.
XO's 2026 livestream posts said “In partnership with @PrimeXBT”, a crypto derivatives exchange. A trading mentorship that ran from March 2025 to June 2026 was described as “supported by my stream sponsors over at @PrimeXBT”, with no direct cost other than meeting the requirements on an application form. Applicants who did not meet them were contacted by PrimeXBT. We did not see what the requirements were.
traderxo.com is XO's Substack, used to deliver the mentorship. When we checked it on 7 November 2026, paid subscriptions were paused. In October XO said some of the material will be published on YouTube and Substack later in the year.
XO trades perps and spot and posts open positions, so the account gains when its calls work. XO says an investment in the SPACE token was disclosed at the time it was made. On 30 April 2026 XO called it a loss and wrote that there was no paid partnership.

An anonymous crypto futures trader on X, @Trader_XO, with about 550,000 followers. The account has been open since April 2013. No name is public.
On 30 October 2026 XO wrote that if Bitcoin trades through the zone around the 50-week average, the play for the rest of the fourth quarter leans toward a long base between 60,000 and 80,000. XO also plans to keep adding to spot Bitcoin over the coming months.
On our sample of ten dated calls from April to October 2026: six played out, one is open and three went against. The short calls on Bitcoin in May and June, the buy on 1 July, and the Ether and Solana shorts in late September worked. A short in late April, a breakout call in September and a June view on Solana did not.
