Trader passport

A verified trader identity: performance, risk, discipline and progress — confirmed by hundreds of tournaments run in identical conditions. The passport a trader carries and presents to a fund, a broker or a prop firm.

What is the trader passport?

The BuyCrypt Trader Score is a public, verifiable trader rating computed from an open formula — like a credit score. It is a composite of five pillars; the methodology is below.

What it is

What is the trader passport?

A verified, portable profile of how someone trades — built entirely from tournament results run in identical conditions. Unlike an exchange history, it can't be drawn after the fact: every result is public and ranked.

1Verified, not claimed

Every metric comes from real closed positions in public tournaments — same market, same window, ranked against everyone else. It cannot be faked or drawn retroactively.

2Yours to present

The passport is a single score plus a full behavioural profile a trader shows to funds, brokers and prop firms to prove their edge — instead of screenshots.

3The data belongs to the trader

You decide who to open your profile to. BuyCrypt doesn't sell profiles — it runs the standard where traders present them themselves.

The profile

What is in the passport

Everything that accumulates in tournament logs becomes a profile. The data belongs to the trader — they decide who to open it to.

Comparability

Tournaments in identical conditions

The difference between "a person traded" and "a person traded better than N others in identical conditions". The result is public and disputable — it cannot be drawn after the fact.

Learning curve

Progress

How results changed month over month.

Auditable

Open methodology

The rating is not a black box. The formula is public and verifiable, like a credit score. At launch: conservative thresholds and a low-confidence flag for small samples.

Each pillar is a 0–100 sub-score derived from closed positions using published normalisations: win rate and profit factor, leverage usage and liquidation rate, behaviour after a loss, month-over-month consistency, and sample size. No hidden inputs.
