Kamile Uray

@remdocan

~169K on XAnkara, TürkiyeOn X since 2012

An Ankara-based technical analyst who posts the same thing almost every morning: one Bitcoin chart, a numbered ladder of supports and resistances, and the specific closes that would flip the read. No targets shouted in headlines, no thread bait — levels to the dollar, in Turkish, dated. That makes the record unusually easy to check, which is what we did here.

Real name Kamile UrayMethod levels · 4H/daily closesLanguage posts in TurkishDay job analyst & TA educator

In short. Kamile Uray (@remdocan) is one of Türkiye's most-followed chart analysts — roughly 169,000 followers, an X account running since 2012, and a near-daily Bitcoin technical post that English-language outlets such as NewsBTC translate and republish. The self-description in the bio is “Ekonomist, Mali Tahlil Uzmanı, Stratejik Planlama Yöneticisi, Trader&Yatırımcı&Eğitmen” — economist, financial-analysis specialist, strategic-planning manager, trader, investor and trainer — and the output matches it: horizontal levels, 4-hour and daily closes, Fibonacci zones and RSI, with an explicit if-this-then-that ladder in both directions. Across the six dated posts charted below, the bearish calls from mid-May and the bottom read at $60,000 on 6 June landed well; the $100,000 equal-wave extension floated on 7 March never came.

Background — a retired public-sector career, then the charts

Uray is based in Ankara and has held the @remdocan account since March 2012. Turkish press has covered the route in: a 2024 column in Sabah by Timur Sırt profiled three women described as “Binance İş Ortağı” (Binance business partners) whose stories inspired academy graduates, opening with “Kamu kurumundan emekli Kamile Uray” — Kamile Uray, retired from a public institution. The account's own bio lists the professional stack behind it: economist, financial-analysis specialist, strategic-planning manager, trader, investor and trainer. On the training side, VUCA Borsa lists Uray on its team page as “Teknik Analist · Ekonomist · Eğitmen/Mentör”.

The public output is narrow and consistent: a Bitcoin post most mornings, occasionally altcoins on request, written in Turkish and built as a two-sided level map — what continuation needs, what invalidation looks like, and which supports come next. English-language crypto media (NewsBTC in particular) picks these posts up and translates them, which is how a Turkish-language analyst ends up quoted with dollar levels in Western coverage.

The honest caveats, up front. First, a two-sided level map is a forgiving format — it names an up branch and a down branch, so it is hard to be flatly wrong; we score the primary directional lean of each post, and flag below where a branch failed. Second, the misses are real: the “equal waves” extension to $100,000 floated on 7 March never arrived (Bitcoin topped at $82,018 on 11 May), and the warning repeated through May and June — that a daily close below $60,000 would deepen the decline toward $55–50k — was tested on 1 July at $58,566 and failed: price reversed and ran +37% to $80,268 by 28 August instead. Third, the record here is Bitcoin-only and roughly four months long, because that is the span of dated, verifiable, in-window posts we could confirm word-for-word. Older Stock-to-Flow-style history and the December 2025 / January 2026 posts sit outside the price window and are not charted.

Trading style & philosophy

Pure horizontal levels, confirmed by closes. Uray works one instrument at a time and prices it to the dollar — $66,187, $70,467, $74,929, $78,203, $82,885, then the bigger shelves at $98,000 and $107–109k. Nothing is a call until a candle closes: the phrase that recurs is “4 saatlik kapanış” (a 4-hour close) or “gün kapanışı” (a daily close) above or below a level. Around that skeleton sit Fibonacci retracement zones (the $71–68k band named repeatedly through May), RSI for exhaustion, drawn trendlines and boxed zones (“mavi kutu”, the blue box), and occasional named patterns — OBO (omuz-baş-omuz, head-and-shoulders), a bearish “libra”, and equal-wave projection for upside targets. The strength is precision and repetition: the same levels are tracked week after week, so a reader can actually follow the argument. The weakness is that both branches are always published, which flatters the record unless you score the lean — and that the long-range projections ($100k up, $50–55k down) have been the least reliable part.

Not a permanent bull or bear — the posture flips with the close. Through the window here the read was cautious-to-bearish from mid-May, then turned constructive at $60,000 on 6 June. Reactive by design, which is why the direction changes faster than most accounts in this directory.

Track record — her calls, charted

Six dated Bitcoin posts from @remdocan, each captured verbatim from two independent endpoints and reproduced in full in the verified corpus behind this page, then charted against real CoinGecko price. The quotes are the original Turkish — an English rendering follows in each summary, so nothing is lost in a paraphrase. Two things to hold in mind while reading the score. These posts are two-sided level maps, so we grade the primary directional lean rather than counting every branch; and the sample is Bitcoin-only, March–June 2026, the span of in-window posts we could verify word-for-word. Where a branch of a call failed, it is stated in the card.

“If it clears the resistance with high-volume candles and holds above it, then by the principle of equal waves the rally can continue as far as 100,000.” The bullish branch part-triggered: BTC defended the $66,187 pivot and rallied to $82,018 (+20.4%) by 11 May. But the confirmation the post itself demanded — a daily close above $98,200 — never printed, so the $100,000 equal-wave objective was never actually activated. The other branch paid later: price eventually fell to $58,566 (−14.1%), through the $62,433 support named below the pivot. Direction half-right, headline number never in play — logged open, not played. Now +13% from the post.

Ladder ran as written

“A close above 79,000 means the first higher high has printed on the 4-hour, and is a sign the rally will continue.” The ladder ran exactly as written. BTC held the $70,467 pivot — the lowest daily close after the post was $70,661 on 13 April — then cleared $74,000, took out the $76,000 high, closed above $79,000, and topped at $82,018 (+14.9%) on 11 May. The larger resistances flagged in the same post, $98,000 and $107–109k, were never reached: the move ended at the very level this post's own confirmation marker had opened. Worst dip along the way came much later, to $58,566 (−17.9%). Now +8% from the post.

“Selling pressure continues; it cannot get past the 82,885 high. On the 4-hour, the move toward below 78,203 can continue.” The strongest call of the set. BTC never reclaimed $82,885 — the highest price after this post was $80,268 (+1.5%), and that only arrived three and a half months later, on 28 August. In between it broke $78,203 within days, sliced the $74,929 low named as the next stop, ran through the $71–68k Fibonacci band, and bottomed at $58,566 (−25.9%) on 1 July — below even the $60,000 line called out as the last defence. Now −2% from the post.

“If it stays below 74,929, the decline can continue toward the 71–68 thousand zone.” A week after the top call, the same chart was framed as an OBO (omuz-baş-omuz — head-and-shoulders) completing its final shoulder, with a 4-hour close back above $78,213 as the only way out. That close never came. BTC lost $74,929, ran through the entire $71,000–68,000 Fibonacci band without pausing, and reached $58,566 (−22.4%). The buyers the post allowed for in that zone did not show up until well below it. High after: $80,268 (+6.3%). Now +2% from the post.

“After the decline a feeble relief bounce came and it stayed below 78,080. Unless a 4-hour close above this level comes, the decline can continue.” Correctly called the bounce a dead one: BTC never closed back above $78,080 and fell to $58,566 (−20.4%), through the $71–68k Fibonacci band and through the $60,000 floor the post said had to hold. The branch that failed is worth naming — losing $60,000 was supposed to deepen the decline; instead price bottomed about $1,400 lower and reversed hard, printing $80,268 (+9.1%) on 28 August. “It has come to 60,000, the level we have long called important. Buyers strengthening here could bring at least a corrective rally off the decline.” After three weeks of pressing the bear case, the post turned at the level it had been pointing to all along — RSI oversold on both the daily and 4-hour, long lower wicks wanted as confirmation, first resistance at $67,500 and then $74,000–75,000. BTC fell only $58,566 (−3.9%) further before turning, then rallied +31.7% to $80,268: through $67,500, through $74–75k, and past the $74,569 level named as the one that had to be reclaimed for the risk to lift. Now +27% from the post.

Outcomes are our read of the stated lean against real price, not Uray's own scoring. Every quote is verbatim Turkish from the linked X post; nothing is translated into the quote itself. A conditional level map is a forgiving format — the 7 March card is logged open precisely because its headline condition never triggered, and the failed downside branches of the 1 June and 6 June posts are named inside those cards rather than buried. Near-term marks can flip as the cycle resolves.

How she makes money — and where the conflicts are

There is no paid signal service linked anywhere on the X profile — the bio carries no website at all, and the daily Bitcoin post is free. The money sits one step away, in training: a named role at a Turkish trading school that sells courses and a membership, plus a partner relationship with an exchange reported by Turkish press. That is a milder conflict than token-shilling, but the audience is the funnel, so it belongs on the record.

Training & mentoring

VUCA Borsa lists Uray on its team page as “Teknik Analist · Ekonomist · Eğitmen/Mentör”. The school runs free introductory material (“Herkes için Teknik Analiz”, “Trade Psikolojisi”) alongside paid products — a “Sıfırdan Uzmanlığa” training camp, video courses, and a “VUCA Kulüp” membership. Free daily charts are the top of that funnel.

Exchange partnership

A 2024 Sabah column by Timur Sırt profiled three women described as “Binance İş Ortağı” — Binance business partners — naming Uray among them. We could not find a public disclosure of what that relationship pays or requires, so treat exchange-favourable commentary with the usual caution.

Audience & Telegram

~169K followers on X, all of it free. Posts reference sending extra chart requests “telegrama” — to a Telegram channel — but no Telegram link is published from the X profile, so we cannot verify whether that channel is free, paid or private. No affiliate links appear in the posts we captured.

Content library

There is no video library to link. Uray publishes charts, not clips — no podcast, no YouTube channel linked from the profile, and no website in the X bio at all. The entire public record is Turkish-language posts on @remdocan, which is exactly why every call above is a verbatim quote with a timestamp rather than a video. Each post was captured from two independent endpoints and the full untouched text sits in the verified corpus behind this page.

Frequently appears with

Uray does no joint streams and no interviews in English, so this is not a list of collaborators. It is the analytical cohort — chart-first traders publishing dated levels in public — useful for triangulating a Bitcoin call against a second opinion on the same candle. Dossier links connect them as the database grows.

Rekt Capital

The closest match in method: horizontal structure, ranges and confirmed weekly closes rather than sentiment. Read the two together when a level is being tested.

DonAlt

Levels-only trading with an equally short leash — publishes the invalidation as loudly as the target, which is the same discipline Uray applies through 4-hour closes.

Michaël van de Poppe

Another chart-first swing trader publishing dated levels and support zones, with a broader altcoin surface than Uray's Bitcoin-only feed.

The methodological opposite: a single high-conviction zone held through drawdown, versus Uray's flip-on-the-close ladder. A useful contrast on the same chart.

Straight answers

Who is Kamile Uray?+

A technical analyst and trading educator based in Ankara, Türkiye, posting as @remdocan to roughly 169,000 followers on X since 2012. The bio describes an economist, financial-analysis specialist and strategic-planning manager turned trader, investor and trainer; VUCA Borsa lists Uray on its team as a technical analyst and mentor. A 2024 Sabah column described Uray as retired from a public institution before the move into markets.

What is Kamile Uray's net worth?+

Not publicly verified, and no credible figure exists. The visible income is education-linked — a named role at a Turkish trading school that sells courses and a membership — plus a Binance partner relationship reported by Turkish press. Ignore any specific number you see quoted elsewhere.

Are Kamile Uray's Bitcoin calls accurate?+

On the six dated posts charted here, five played out and one is logged open. The mid-May top call and the 6 June read of the $60,000 bottom were both well timed. The misses are on the extremes: a $100,000 equal-wave extension floated on 7 March never triggered, and the repeated warning that losing $60,000 would carry price to $55–50k failed — Bitcoin bottomed at $58,566 and rallied 37%. Treat the posts as a dated opinion, not a signal.

What is Kamile Uray's strategy?+

Horizontal support and resistance priced to the dollar, with 4-hour and daily candle closes as the only confirmation that a level has changed hands. Around that: Fibonacci retracement zones, RSI for exhaustion, drawn trendlines and boxed zones, and occasional named patterns such as head-and-shoulders (OBO) and equal-wave projections. Every post publishes both the continuation branch and the invalidation branch.
