@KrownCryptoCave
A 202,000-subscriber Bitcoin chart channel that titles almost every upload with a direction, a level or a statistic. Ten dated titles commit clearly enough to grade: four played out, one is still open, five went against — including a “No $80K Bitcoin for the next 3 months” call that broke inside five weeks.
In short. Krown — listed here as Eric Krown — runs the YouTube channel @ECKrown (202K subscribers, opened August 2016) and posts as @KrownCryptoCave on X (110K followers). Both profiles describe a former NYSE market maker who now trades Bitcoin, equities and gold. The channel posts almost every weekday, and unlike most crypto channels its titles usually commit: a level, a signal, a month. That makes a checkable record. Since our price window opened, it has correctly flagged the March reversal from $74,679, the June retest and a green August. It missed the April rally, the $80K break in May and the spring bottom, and turned bearish on 13 August, four days before a 36.6% run began.
The YouTube channel describes its host as a “Former NYSE Market Maker turned full-time Bitcoin, Gold & SPX trader/investor” teaching “the systematic, data-driven frameworks I built over 15+ years as a career trader & investor”. The X bio says “Former NYSE Arca market maker”. Those are the channel's own claims; we did not find an independent record of the employment, and nothing on this page relies on it. The channel and the X account both use the name Krown. The course store credits its courses to “Eric Crown”, with a C. We use the name the site already lists, Eric Krown.
The channel @ECKrown opened on 30 August 2016, lists the United States as its country, and shows 202,000 subscribers, 4,177 videos and about 50 million views (24 Sep 2026). The X account @KrownCryptoCave joined in December 2016 and links to the same course store as the channel, which is how we matched the two.
A note on method. Krown's market views are delivered inside the videos, and this server cannot pull YouTube transcripts or descriptions, because the player requires a login. What can be verified word for word is each upload's title and date, so the titles are what is graded. These titles are unusually specific (“$83K”, “No $80K … for the next 3 months”, “a green August”), which makes them fair to grade. We list the borderline ones in the library below, including ones that would have scored badly.
Earlier runs of this project skipped the channel because only the last fifteen uploads were visible. The full upload history is now readable, and that history is what this page is built from.

Systematic, statistics-first Bitcoin TA, and quick to flip. A typical title quotes a backtest or a hit rate: “12 for 12 Green Within 9 Weeks”, “I Backtested 1,600 Versions to Prove It”, “All 9 of 9”. Seasonality carries a lot of the weight (April, August, September), and the S&P 500 and gold are read alongside Bitcoin. The weakness in this record is conviction that turns quickly. The channel was “Positioned For A Green August” on 30 July, laid out “Bitcoin's Bear Case” on 11 August, and by 27 August had “the same data” pointing to six digits. Several calls are right on direction but early, and the misses cluster at turning points.
Two-sided and quick to change. Bearish in March, bullish on levels in late April, bearish again in June, bullish into August, bearish mid-August, and bullish again since late August with a six-month “macro low” call.
Ten dated calls from Krown's own YouTube uploads, charted against real CoinGecko price. A note on method: this server cannot reach the player, captions or descriptions, so the only part of a video that can be verified word for word is its title. Each title was checked against YouTube's oEmbed record, and its date against the watch page. We read every upload since the price window opened on 27 February and charted the titles that state a Bitcoin direction or level without a question mark. Repeats of the same call, and titles that are ambiguous or too recent, are listed in the library below rather than scored.
“The Bitcoin Macro Low Is Now Official. Here's What the Next 6 Months Pay.”
Posted with Bitcoin at $78,553. It dipped to $75,590 on 16 Sep (−3.8%), stayed above the summer low, then rose to $86,597 on 22 Sep, +10.2%. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +7.1% above the call. The title makes a six-month claim and is 23 days old. Graded still open.

The costliest call on this page. Bitcoin was $63,409. It slipped 0.9%, to $62,844 on 17 Aug, and that was the low. It reached $78,318 by 22 Aug (+23.5%) and $86,597 on 22 Sep, +36.6%. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +32.6% above the call. The 11 Aug upload “Bitcoin's Bear Case: 8 Signals, One Target” made the same call, and it is listed below rather than counted twice. Graded went against.

Bitcoin was $63,917. It dipped 1.8%, to $62,773 on 2 Aug, then closed August at $77,658. That is +19.9% on the month, measured from the July close of $64,743, and +21.5% from the call. Graded played out. The channel had turned bearish by the middle of the month (see 13 Aug), so the win went to viewers who held the first call.

Bitcoin was $64,001. For six weeks it went nowhere, closing between $62,247 (−2.7%, 9 Jul) and $66,521. Then it broke out: $78,318 on 22 Aug (+22.4%) and $86,597 on 22 Sep, +35.3%. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +31.4% above the call. Graded played out, with slow timing: nothing “exploded” until the second half of August.

Bitcoin was $63,069, two days after a $60,855 close on 7 Jun. It bounced once more, to $66,293 on 16 Jun (+5.1%), then retested that low and broke it: $58,566 on 1 Jul, −7.1%. Graded played out. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +33.4% above the call.

Bitcoin closed the day at $75,785. A bounce came first, to $82,018 on 11 May (+8.2%), but the bottom did not: Bitcoin fell to $58,566 on 1 Jul, 22.7% below the call. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +11.0% above it. Graded went against, because the low was still two months and 22.7% away.

Bitcoin was $78,239. It got close, $82,018 on 11 May (+4.8%), but never closed at $83K. It then fell 25.1% from the call, to $58,566 on 1 Jul. The first close above $83K came on 22 Sep ($86,597, +10.7%), five months later. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +7.5% above the call. Graded went against: “ready” means weeks, not five months with a 25% drawdown in between.

The most specific call on this page, and a clean miss. Bitcoin was $68,107. It closed above $80K on 6 May, at $80,914 (+18.8%), 35 days later, and peaked at $82,018 on 11 May. By the end of the three months it had fallen to $58,566 (1 Jul, −14.0%), but the claim was that $80K would not come, and it did. Graded went against.

Posted on the day of Bitcoin's highest March close, $74,679. It fell to $65,947 on 30 Mar, −11.7% in 13 days, and did not close higher until 16 Apr. The deeper low came later: $58,566 on 1 Jul, −21.6%. Graded played out. Bitcoin is $84,107 today, +12.6% above the call.
“Bitcoin Approaching $77K — But a Reversal Signal Just Appeared” — Krown (YouTube, 17 Mar 2026)▶ Watch the call · youtu.be/ZJF6135s1RMOutcomes are our read of the direction in each title, measured against real CoinGecko price — not Krown's own scoring. The “$1,000 in” line under each chart is a buy-and-hold figure from the day of the call. For the four bearish calls (17 Mar, 31 Mar, 9 Jun and 13 Aug) and the “No $80K” call on 1 Apr, a rising number means the market went against the title. A title is a headline, not the whole argument: the video may hedge where the title does not.
A free daily channel that sells paid courses, sells or rents indicators from several authors, and runs a Discord and a trading terminal.
The course store at krown-trading.teachable.com (linked from both the channel and the X bio) lists “The Trading Bible”, credited to Eric Crown, at $1,199. It also sells indicator packages by other authors, among them “Caretaker's RSI Divergence Indicator” at $300, “The Long Term Investor Tool” at $249, and several suites with 7-day free trials. Beginner, options and long-term-investing courses are free (24 Sep 2026). The free videos lead viewers toward the paid products, so a confident title is also marketing.
The channel advertises “the Cave Discord (2,500+ traders)” and “Free professional dashboard: centralcommand.io”, a trading terminal with AI-agent hooks. A free “Operator Course” teaches its use. We could not see from the outside whether the terminal has paid tiers.
In-window uploads include “Coinbase Pays You Up to 250 USDC to Sign Up. Here's the Fine Print.” (15 Aug) and “Buying Bitcoin on Coinbase? Stop Paying 14x Too Much.” (8 Aug). This server cannot read video descriptions, so we could not check whether they carry referral links or a sponsorship note. No holdings disclosure is published, so assume nothing is disclosed.

Krown uploads almost every weekday. These dated and verified titles are not charted, because they repeat a charted call, hedge, are too recent, or have no horizon. Here is what the price did anyway:
September is Setting Up Bitcoin For A 54% MoveBitcoin was $76,371. It is $84,107 today (+10.1%), but a 54% move has no horizon in the title and the video is six days old. Not graded yet.18 Sep 2026

Bitcoin Will Give You One More Chance. Here's Exactly Where. The title promises a dip to buy. Bitcoin was $73,021 and has not closed lower since, rising 18.6% to $86,597 by 22 Sep. Read literally, this is a miss; we did not grade it because the level is only given in the video.21 Aug 2026

Bitcoin Is Still Falling — But the Clock Says We're Almost DoneA timing claim with no level. Bitcoin was $68,672. It rose 19.4% to $82,018 by 11 May, then fell 14.7% below the call to $58,566 by 1 July, so the evidence supports both readings.07 Apr 2026

Ten dated YouTube titles inside our price window state a Bitcoin direction or level. Four played out, including a 17 March reversal call at $74,679 that was followed by an 11.7% drop in 13 days, and a “green August” call that saw Bitcoin gain 19.9% on the month. Five went against Krown, including “No $80K Bitcoin For The Next 3 Months” on 1 April (Bitcoin closed above $80K 35 days later) and a bearish call on 13 August, four days before a 36.6% rise. One, a six-month “macro low” call from 1 September, is still open.
The channel is more checkable than most: its titles name levels, months and hit rates. On this sample it has been right about as often as wrong, and the misses cluster at turning points. The channel also sells a $1,199 course and indicator products. Treat any single title as a dated opinion, not a signal.
Through a course store (a $1,199 “Trading Bible”, indicator suites by several authors, and free courses), the Cave Discord, a trading terminal called Central Command that the channel promotes, and YouTube itself. Some uploads cover exchange sign-up offers; we could not check those videos' descriptions for referral links.
