A pseudonymous Swiss-identified Bitcoin trader who posts a weekly “Big Sunday Report” and sells a $1,299–$2,499 signals membership. He says his edge is psychology, not indicators. He does post dated, specific levels in public — so they can be checked, and below they are.

Real name not disclosedFocus Bitcoin · market psychologyBusiness paid premium communityBase Switzerland (self-identified)

In short. Doctor Profit is one of the more specific callers on crypto X: he names entry prices, target zones and short ladders in public posts, which makes him unusually chartable for an anonymous account. Through the first half of 2026 he ran a heavily bearish book — shorts he says were laid between $115k and $125k, a stated target of “40-48k” and “the area of 50k and below”. Part of that worked: he called the May top almost to the day and the drop that followed was real. The destination did not — Bitcoin bottomed at $58,566, never reached his zone, and is back near $79,903. His best-timed public move was the reversal: closing shorts and buying spot on 18 Jul 2026, 13 days after the low. Note that his detailed work is paywalled, and his public long-form posts are truncated by X — so the free record is thinner than the marketing suggests.

Background — an anonymous account with a price list

Doctor Profit publishes no real name, no verifiable professional history and no audited results. The account (@DrProfitCrypto, on X since June 2020) presents as an “elite trader” from Switzerland and has grown to roughly 508K followers on X and 662K on Instagram. Everything known about the person is self-reported, which is the first thing to weigh: the identity behind the calls cannot be checked, only the calls themselves.

The output is a weekly “Big Sunday Report” on X plus shorter posts naming entries and targets, built around liquidity clusters, CME gaps, a self-coined “box” range structure, and what he calls trading market psychology rather than indicators — “Forget about charts and indicators. Every single one failed this cycle.” His own sites claim he called the $16k bear-market bottom, the 2021 top near $60k and the 2025 peak in the $115k–$125k range. Those are claims we could not independently verify and they sit outside this chart window; we have not scored them.

What can be checked is the in-window record, and it cuts both ways. He was early and right on the May 2026 top, and his July reversal was well timed. But the central thesis he has repeated all year — a recession-driven crash to 40-48k and “50k and below” — has not happened. Bitcoin's low was $58,566 and it has since recovered to within touching distance of where he first called the top. That thesis is still open, not vindicated.

Trading style & philosophy

Psychology-led, level-specific, structurally bearish through 2026. He works top-down from liquidity — where stops sit, which zones are “designed” to be filled — then names concrete numbers: an entry, a fake-pump zone, a short ladder. That specificity is what makes him chartable, and it is genuinely rare among anonymous accounts. The weakness is scale: his direction calls have been better than his magnitude calls. He repeatedly attached a 40-48k / sub-50k destination to moves that stopped near $58.5k, and a trader sizing to those targets would have held through a full round trip back to $79,903.

Structurally bearish through the first half of 2026 — shorts from 115-125k and a repeated sub-50k target — then a sharp tactical flip to spot buying in July. The long-term crash thesis is still on the table, so the bias reads bearish with a bullish trade on top.

Track record — his calls, charted

Dated posts from @DrProfitCrypto, each captured verbatim from X's public syndication endpoint and charted against real price. Only posts whose complete call survives in the retrievable public text are scored — X truncates his long “Sunday Report” posts mid-sentence, and we do not chart a fragment. Press coverage that paraphrases him (KuCoin, Phemex, Coinpedia) is not used as a call source for the same reason. The result is a small, hard sample: he timed the top and the reversal well, missed badly on how far price would fall, and his headline crash thesis remains unproven.

A two-part call, and both parts landed in the right order. From $65,824 Bitcoin rallied to $82,018 (+24.6%) — inside his 78-88k “fake pump” zone — and then sold off to $58,566 (−11.0%), the “big downside move afterwards”. His cleanest call of the window: a named zone, a named sequence, and price did exactly that. BTC now $79,903 (+21.4%).

Target never came

“#Bitcoin: The rule is very simple Bitcoin has not bottomed out, 40-48k is coming Potential of an upside move in the short term For this reason, placed short orders at 79-84k”

The trade worked; the call did not. His short ladder at 79-84k filled — BTC reached $82,018 (+15.5%) — and price then fell, so the position paid. But the stated destination, “40-48k is coming”, never arrived: from $70,987 the deepest print was $58,566 (−17.5%), roughly 22% above the top of his zone, and Bitcoin now trades at $79,903 (+12.6%) — higher than when he said it. We score the call he made, not the trade he took.

$1,000 in on his call$990 · -1.0%worst dip along the way -27% (−$274)

The timing was excellent and the destination is still missing. He said it at $80,678; Bitcoin topped one day later at $82,018 (+1.7%) and then fell 27.4% to $58,566 — a real crash, called almost to the day. But “50k and below” never printed, and price has since round-tripped to $79,903 (−1.0%) — essentially back where he called the top. Direction right, magnitude unproven, so we log it open rather than played out.

His best-timed public move. He closed his shorts and turned buyer at $63,905 — 13 days after the cycle low and just 1.8% above the deepest print that followed ($62,773). Bitcoin then ran to $81,265 (+27.2%) and sits at $79,903 (+25.0%). A public, dated reversal made near the bottom rather than after the rally, which is the hard version of that call.

Outcomes are our read of his stated call against real price, not his own scoring. His site advertises a separate, self-reported win list we could not audit and have not included. Marks can flip as the cycle resolves.

How he makes money — and where the conflicts are

This is a paid-signals business, and an expensive one. That does not make the calls wrong, but it is the main thing to hold in mind: the public posts are the shop window, and the numbers on the website are self-reported.

Premium membership

drprofit.org sells lifetime access at $2,499 (advertised down from $7,990) and one year at $1,299, including “live signals — real-time entries, exits, TP/SL levels on spot & leverage trades” and an 11K+ member chat.

Scarcity marketing

The sales page runs countdown-style scarcity (“5 lifetime spots left”, “7 yearly spots left”) alongside a win list — “Entry $58,420, Target $72,800, Status Hit ✓”, “+31.5%” — that is self-reported and unaudited. Treat it as advertising, not a track record.

Paywalled analysis

He states outright that parts of the work are “shared in Premium only”, and X truncates his long public posts. The free record is therefore thinner and later than the paid one — a structural reason to discount any claim that cannot be quoted from a public, dated post.

Anonymity

No real name, employer or regulatory registration is disclosed. There is no way to verify credentials, assets under management, or that the positions described were ever taken.

Content library

There is no video library to link. Doctor Profit runs no verified YouTube channel — his output is X posts, an Instagram account and a paid community, which is exactly why every call above is a timestamped quote rather than a clip. His long-form “Sunday Report” posts are truncated by X's public endpoint mid-sentence, so where the complete call is not recoverable we left it uncharted rather than guess at it. The full verified text behind every card is reproduced in the corpus cited on this page.

Straight answers

Who is Doctor Profit?+

A pseudonymous crypto trader posting as @DrProfitCrypto since June 2020, self-identified as Swiss, with roughly 508K followers on X and 662K on Instagram. His real name, background and credentials are not publicly disclosed, and none of his claimed history can be independently verified.

What is Doctor Profit's net worth?+

Unknown and unverifiable. He is anonymous, publishes no audited results, and sells a membership that advertises its own win rate. Ignore any specific figure — none is confirmed.

Is Doctor Profit's advice reliable?+

He is an anonymous commentator selling signals, not a licensed adviser. On the record charted here he timed the May 2026 top and the July reversal well, but his repeated 40-48k and sub-50k targets never came — Bitcoin bottomed at $58,566. Direction has been better than magnitude. Never trade his posts blindly.

What is Doctor Profit's strategy?+

He describes it as trading market psychology rather than indicators — mapping liquidity clusters, CME gaps and a “box” range structure to work out where stops sit, then posting specific entries, target zones and short ladders. His detailed analysis is largely behind a paid membership.

Did Doctor Profit predict the 2026 crash?+

Partly. He called the May 2026 top within a day and the 27% fall that followed was real. But the crash he actually forecast — “40-48k”, “the area of 50k and below” — has not happened; Bitcoin's low was $58,566 and it has since recovered to about $79,903. That thesis is still open, not proven.
