A liquidity trader who posts entries, stops and take-profits on X. Chase was bearish on Bitcoin from late April to August. On 16 May, at $79,069, Chase wrote that below $70,000 it was “likely a quick trip back to low 60K's”; it closed at $60,855 on 7 June. The two calls that failed were an Ethereum pullback to $2,000 and a Bitcoin long cut at a loss in October.

In short. Crypto Chase posts on X as @Crypto_Chase to about 203,000 followers and trades Bitcoin, HYPE, stocks and metals. On our sample of seven dated posts from 16 May to 7 October — six on Bitcoin, one on Ethereum — the record is 5 played out, 2 went against, 0 open. The bearish Bitcoin calls of May and June played out, as did the July call for the mid-$70,000s and the 24 August dip buy with an $83,000 target. The 20 August call for Ethereum to pull back towards $2,000 and the 7 October Bitcoin long, stopped out the next day, went against.

Background — what is documented, and what is not

Crypto Chase has been on X since January 2011 and has about 203,000 followers. The bio reads “trader since 2016”; an August essay says active in crypto “since 2017”. The display name is just “Chase”; no full name, location or employer is published, and we found no outside profile of the account. Since February 2026 Chase has streamed on X in partnership with Kraken Pro, and runs a free Discord and a free Telegram channel.

The method is liquidity: equal highs and lows, sweeps of obvious stops, fair value gaps and demand zones. Most posts are a chart with a drawn path and one or two levels, and trades are reported with fills, stops and take-profits. This page grades posts whose text names a level or direction for Bitcoin or Ethereum. Posts where only the drawing carries the call are left out.

Much of the account is not about crypto. From April 2025 Chase told followers to pivot to stocks, and to HYPE within crypto; the spring of 2026 was mostly Google, S&P futures, gold and memory-chip stocks. Chase is also a loud critic of Michael Saylor and Strategy, and blamed Saylor for Bitcoin's weakness through the summer. On 2 August Chase posted a long essay calling crypto “the new forex” and saying “the golden years are behind us”, a day when Bitcoin was at $62,773; it rose to $86,597 by 22 September.

Two setups from the leads are not graded because the market never offered them: on 21 September Chase would “look for a short” from about $89,000, which Bitcoin never reached, and on 30 September a short below $85,000 after a test of $86,000, which Chase called off on 2 October. The sample is the 748 own posts in the profile feed; X search returned nothing for this account.

Trading style & philosophy

Sweep, then trade. Chase waits for price to take out an obvious level, then trades the move back, and writes the plan out before it happens: where the bid is, what would cancel it, where the target sits. That makes the record easy to check. It also explains the misses. When the sweep does not come, Chase often skips the trade, as with the 89,000 short in September.

Outcomes are our read of the stated level or direction against real price. Every quote is a verbatim X post, linked on its card and reproduced in full in the verified corpus. Prices are CoinGecko daily marks taken at 00:00 UTC, so a post is measured from the mark at the start of its day, and intraday highs and lows do not show. Where a post came late in the UTC day after a big move, the card also gives the next day's mark. Near-term marks can flip.
