Published at $84,842, calling October's move the start of a rally. It has not got going: the best since is $86,490 (+1.9%) on 5 October, and BTC has slipped as low as $81,686 (−3.7%), sitting at $82,171 (−3.1%) now. October is not over, so this stays open — but so far it is leaning against him.

Since then it has managed only $86,490 (+2.5%) on 5 October before falling to $81,686 (−3.2%), and it is $82,171 (−2.6%) now. Two weeks in, no explosion — still open, but leaning against. The alt-rally half of the title is not charted.
