A 202,000-subscriber Bitcoin chart channel that titles almost every upload with a direction, a level or a statistic. Thirteen dated titles commit clearly enough to grade: five played out, three are still open, five went against — including a “No $80K Bitcoin for the next 3 months” call that broke inside five weeks.
Kurz gesagt. Krown — listed here as Eric Krown — runs the YouTube channel @ECKrown (202K subscribers, opened August 2016) and posts as @KrownCryptoCave on X (110K followers). Both profiles describe a former NYSE market maker who now trades Bitcoin, equities and gold. The channel posts almost every weekday, and unlike most crypto channels its titles usually commit: a level, a signal, a month. That makes a checkable record. Since our price window opened, it has correctly flagged the March reversal from $74,679, the June retest, a green August and a September bounce to $82,400. It missed the April rally, the $80K break in May and the spring bottom, and turned bearish on 13 August, four days before a 36.6% run began.

Der Kanal @ECKrown wurde am 30. August 2016 eröffnet, nennt die Vereinigten Staaten als Land und zeigt 202,000 Abonnenten, 4,177 Videos und rund 50 Millionen Aufrufe (24. Sep. 2026). Das X-Konto @KrownCryptoCave ist seit Dezember 2016 dabei und verlinkt auf denselben Kurs-Shop wie der Kanal — so haben wir beide einander zugeordnet.
Zur Methode. Krowns Markteinschätzungen stecken in den Videos, und dieser Server kann keine YouTube-Transkripte oder -Beschreibungen abrufen, weil der Player eine Anmeldung verlangt. Wortgetreu überprüfbar sind der Titel und das Datum jedes Uploads, daher werden die Titel bewertet. Diese Titel sind ungewöhnlich konkret (“$83K”, “No $80K … for the next 3 months”, “a green August”), was eine Bewertung fair macht. Grenzfälle führen wir unten in der Bibliothek auf, auch solche, die schlecht abgeschnitten hätten.

Systematische, statistikgetriebene Bitcoin-TA, und schnell im Richtungswechsel. Ein typischer Titel zitiert einen Backtest oder eine Trefferquote: “12 for 12 Green Within 9 Weeks”, “I Backtested 1,600 Versions to Prove It”, “All 9 of 9”. Die Saisonalität trägt viel Gewicht (April, August, September), und der S&P 500 sowie Gold werden parallel zu Bitcoin gelesen. Die Schwäche dieser Bilanz ist eine Überzeugung, die schnell kippt. Am 30. Juli war der Kanal “Positioned For A Green August”, am 11. August folgte “Bitcoin's Bear Case”, und am 27. August zeigten “the same data” auf sechs Stellen. Thirteen dated calls from Krown's own YouTube uploads, charted against real CoinGecko price. A note on method: this server cannot reach the player, captions or descriptions, so the only part of a video that can be verified word for word is its title. Each title was checked against YouTube's oEmbed record, and its date against the watch page. We read every upload since 27 February and charted the titles that state a Bitcoin direction or level without a question mark. Repeats of the same call, and titles that are ambiguous or too recent, are listed in the library below rather than scored. Some recent uploads show one title in the channel list and another in YouTube's canonical record, which suggests title testing; we chart only titles that were the same in both.

Posted with Bitcoin at $83,479. $94,000 is +12.6% above that, and the title gives it 30 days, to 29 Oct. The best close so far is $86,490 on 5 Oct (+3.6%), and the low is $81,686 on 9 Oct (−2.1%). Bitcoin is $82,851 today, −0.8% from the call, and needs +13.5% more. On 2 Oct the channel lowered the target to “$92,000 by October 31” (listed in the library below). Graded still open.

YouTube gives the upload day but not the hour, so part of that move may predate the video, and we do not credit it. Bitcoin has not closed below the call price since. It is $82,851 today, +2.1% above the call, and needs +20.7% more. Graded still open.
