BlackRock has made a sizeable reinvestment in Bitcoin ETFs recently, and in the wake of that, Crypto World is forecasting mild bullishness for Bitcoin. The asset manager behind the move, BlackRock, put more than $660 million into the ETFs, a reversal from the week before when it was on the selling side of close to $750 million. This injection follows some notable outflows from the ETFs, including from BlackRock’s own holdings.

On the technical side, the channel observes that Bitcoin is well supported in the $80,000 to $82,000 area. There may be room for a short-term rally, but one should not expect much in the way of bullish momentum over the next few weeks, with resistance at $86,000-$88,000 to contend with. An analyst with Crypto World has also drawn attention to liquidity in the vicinity of $83,500-$83,600 as something that will affect price in the near term. As for Bitcoin dominance, it is up against resistance, which could open the door for altcoins such as Solana, XRP, or Ethereum.

The bullish long-term view of Bitcoin put forward by JP Morgan is, in the words of CryptoWendyO, a source of fresh optimism and has investors looking at the crypto market as a whole.

CryptoWendyO points to the fact that the nation’s biggest bank is forecasting Bitcoin to outperform stocks, bonds, or gold in the coming 10-15 years. It is a marked change for an institution that was once no friend to cryptocurrencies; their present-day support is enough to energize the crypto community.

In the analyst’s estimation, when you have the backing of a legacy institution like JP Morgan, not to mention BlackRock with its new Bitcoin offering touting 10 percent returns a year, it bodes well for BTC and altcoins alike. CryptoWendyO believes that these are positive indicators which, with the market in recovery and infrastructure tokens gaining strength, whet investors’ appetite for the sector at large.
