Altcoin Daily: BTC bottom is in; rebound expected within a week after major hack

Bitcoin is at the bottom of its slide in the wake of what has been the biggest crypto hack to date, says the host of Altcoin Daily. In the analyst’s estimation, those with a keen eye are already treating it as an opportunity to invest.

Despite the recent hack, the Altcoin Daily analyst foresees a turnaround for Bitcoin within a week. To support a bullish outlook, they point out that even when there was a 4% drop in 2019 due to the Binance incident, the long-term effect was negligible; seven weeks later, Bitcoin had recovered by 136%. Additionally, the industry is now more mature and has better mechanisms for recovering losses.

It is also the first time we have seen such a pronounced correction after an extended rally, so the sell-off is probably over. There are tailwinds in the form of Agentic AI and the kind of institutional demand that Fidelity is bringing. From the analyst’s perspective, given Bitcoin’s tendency to perform well in the year following midterm elections, this is an attractive time for accumulation.

Crypto World: short-term weakness with possible drop to $76,000 amid record ETF outflows

The author at Crypto World notes that Bitcoin is under considerable short-term selling pressure in the wake of an ETF outflow that is the largest in years. In the analyst’s view, a combination of fundamental and technical indicators makes further downside almost certain.

Case in point: Friday’s net outflow from Bitcoin ETFs was $643 million, surpassing the record set only a week prior. That has put major names such as BlackRock, Fidelity, and Bitwise in a position where they must sell sizeable quantities of Bitcoin to meet redemptions, which does not help price momentum.

BTC has lost its $80,000 support and for the moment is holding at about $76,000, the next level of importance according to the piece. A bearish divergence on the six-hour chart indicates ongoing weakness, and the liquidation heat map shows ample liquidity below $76,200, so one might expect a retest of that figure over the course of the week. The weekly chart does offer some promise of a bullish divergence down the road, but with the present signals as they are, the tone is one of caution.

Coin Bureau: BTC risks slide to $75,000 if $80,000 support fails under market pressure

Bitcoin is in danger of slipping under $80,000 due to institutional players having trouble maintaining support, says Coin Bureau. The analyst suggests that a negative catalyst in the market could send BTC down to $75,000.

At present, the $80,000 mark is being supported by US spot ETF buyers and corporate treasuries buying in at $81,500 and $80,200 respectively, as the firm points out. Institutions are not making much profit, so there is every incentive to defend this level. That said, it wouldn’t take much to push it below $80,000; disappointing tech earnings or negative headlines could do it, especially with whales running net short on Hyperliquid and exchange balances rising.

There is also the issue of elevated inflation and US emergency reserves being at 1982 lows, a combination that has treasury yields near 5% and draws liquidity away from crypto. On the flip side, if spot buyers can manage a weekly close above $85,000, Coin Bureau sees $87,000 as a possibility for BTC. A failure to hold $80,000, for example due to ETF outflows, would make a drop to $75,000 almost certain.

Lark Davis: potential for $413,000 BTC by 2028 if bull cycle unfolds

Lark Davis has put forward the view that Bitcoin may be worth $413,000 in 2028. In making his case for such a price target over the coming four years as anything but far-fetched, Davis looks to technical indicators and the kinds of models employed by Willy Woo.

The latter’s model is one he cites; it runs through 10,000 permutations for BTC and has $413,000 down as a reasonable prospect for 2028. Then again, an outcome of $241,000 is also on the table in the analysis and is something Davis deems within reach.

To get to $413,000 would mean an uptick of 300 to 350 percent from where things stand, but Davis does not think that is beyond what Bitcoin has shown in the past. He suggests looking at the RSI and MACD and concludes that all the technical signs are there for a new bullish phase to take hold, and an aggressive one at that by recent standards.

Crypto Family: potential price surge for stolen coins after Binance hack

A $6.3 billion hack at Binance is set to put more demand on BTC and other stolen assets, says Crypto Family. The channel urges traders to pay close attention to these coins while the exchange works to recover its losses.

Binance faces the task of restoring customer funds following the breach. To do so, Crypto Family points out it may be forced to go to the market and repurchase the coins that were stolen, whether Bitcoin, Ethereum, ENA, or Uniswap. Such a move will likely put upward pressure on their valuations.

In the expert’s view, there is an opportunity for traders here. With the recovery underway, one can expect the affected coins to see higher demand. For that reason, Crypto Family believes prices could rise in the near term and advises keeping an eye on the stolen assets.

Crypto Rover: bitcoin may retest $73,000 support before potential recovery

Bitcoin might have to give up ground to the $73,000 support before any recovery is seen, says Crypto Rover. In his view, the market is being shaped by factors such as Trump’s political statements and the fallout from the $6.3 billion heist at Binance.

The analyst has issued a word of caution that Bitcoin could return to the $73,000 zone. It was an important level in 2022 and saw a quick reversal there in 2023. He attributes much of the uncertainty and sharp price movements to the aftermath of the Binance hack, the largest of its kind.

There is also the matter of Donald Trump’s remarks on the North Korea affair, which the channel host believes could harm crypto sentiment by making it an international issue. A retest of $73,000 would be a good buying opportunity according to Crypto Rover, but he advises watching the support level for any sign of a rebound first. The analyst goes on to discuss his trading approach with Ethereum and Bitcoin, where the goal is to keep fees low and initial positions secure.

Thinking Crypto: BTC eyes $90,000 rebound after Binance hack-driven pullback

This call: BTC ▲ up — being checked by price until Nov 30

The host of Thinking Crypto sees Bitcoin in a position to recover to the $90,000 area in the wake of the market’s recent downturn, which was triggered by the massive hack at Binance.

In the analyst’s view, the $6.3 billion loss to hackers has been enough to push the crypto market into a pronounced pullback. Even with Binance moving quickly to make customers whole, the incident has only added to the weakness already present from broader economic headwinds.

As for technicals, the RSI is close to being oversold, which the host sees as an indication of a near-term bounce. Seasonal trends may also be at play; the analyst envisions a sort of Santa rally as the year draws to a close that could take Bitcoin to around $90,000 before any correction likely to come in January. There are also geopolitical considerations: the Lazarus Group from North Korea is believed to be behind the hack, and that alone can affect overall market sentiment.
