Krown: potential drop to $76,000 if daily close falls below $81,000
A close under $81,000 in the coming daily session would put Bitcoin in for a correction to $76,000, says the Krown channel. The analyst points to a two-day setup that is in play should tomorrow’s close be below $81,000 and a fall to $76,000 ensue; but a close above $79,700 would be viewed as positive since it is key support.
Krown observes that although lunar cycles in the past have been mostly profitable, when signals are ignored the declines can be more pronounced, even if only for a short time before a brief rebound. There is no compelling reason to change one’s outlook from its usual optimism as long as $79,700 holds, the analyst contends. A dip to $76,000 might well be short-lived given that history shows a 56% recovery rate. Near-term risks aside, the longer-term signals are positive.
The Moon Show: potential drop to $71,000 after support breakdown
The host of The Moon Show would have one believe the outlook for Bitcoin is turning bearish after it breached an important support level. In light of that, the analyst has closed his long positions and is cautioning about a retracement to $71,000.
Looking at the daily chart, the expert on The Moon Show points to Bitcoin’s move into the blue box support as something that may open up more room for the price to fall. Should the bears maintain their momentum, $71,000 is where we could see the price go; once a formidable resistance, it is now regarded as a zone of critical support.
From a technical standpoint, the analyst sees $71,000 as a make-or-break point for any reversal or stabilization in the market. With the current support now in question, the expert’s closing of longs reflects an expectation of no short-term respite from the weakness in price.
