The host of Cheeky Crypto would have one believe there is a pattern in XRP, pointing to the fact that no short-term death cross has gone unchallenged by a golden cross since 2018. The most recent was on October 19 when XRP closed at $1.30; it has recently been around $1.33.

On average, the analyst observes that a golden cross will occur about 39 days after a death cross, though it can happen sooner or later (anywhere from 5 days to 7 months). Of 31 such occurrences in the past, 19 produced a golden cross in under two months. While XRP tends to lose roughly 9 percent in the interval between the two crosses before recovering, the net result at the golden cross is a modest 2.5% decline, hardly a cause for alarm according to the host.
