Swiss crypto bank AMINA has partnered with blockchain compliance firm Tokeny to develop a regulatory-compliant infrastructure for asset tokenization. The collaboration aims to create a “bridge” that will enable traditional financial assets to be converted into digital tokens while meeting strict regulatory requirements.
The partnership will leverage Tokeny’s expertise in compliance technology to ensure that tokenized assets adhere to securities regulations across multiple jurisdictions. AMINA, which operates as a regulated crypto bank in Switzerland, plans to use this infrastructure to expand its digital asset services and provide clients with compliant tokenization solutions for various asset classes.
