Ethereum may be set for a drop to $2,000 by early November if the bulls fail to push above the 20-day moving average resistance, says the host of Crypto Capital Venture.<\/p>\n

At present, the analyst sees Ethereum in an accumulation phase but facing significant resistance from the same 20-day moving average. If buyers fail to overcome it, the price could fall to $2,000 over the next few weeks. There is caution in the broader market as well, with Bitcoin remaining below its 20- and 50-day moving averages, adding further downside pressure.<\/p>\n

The analyst cautions that unexpected macro developments, such as the FOMC meeting or upcoming elections, could trigger a more severe correction and increased volatility in crypto assets, reminiscent of the pre-pandemic market. On the other hand, a break above the 20-day moving average could allow an inverted head-and-shoulders pattern to form in Ethereum and invalidate the bearish outlook.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
