The Moon Show: potential correction with buy interest around $2300 after bearish divergences

Ethereum is in the process of displaying bearish divergence across a number of timeframes, which The Moon Show’s host interprets as a heightened chance for a correction in the near term.

In the analyst’s view, there are pronounced bearish divergences to be seen on the four-hour and daily charts for Ethereum and Solana, among dozens of other altcoins. Such a technical picture makes a correction all but inevitable; indeed, he would call Ethereum and some of its peers ‘dangerous’ over the short run.

That said, he has his eye on $2300 as a place to put in an order for Ethereum, a figure he has been careful to reiterate. He has already made a move at $2358 once the price came down and was encouraged by what the ComuCloud indicator was showing on the four-hour chart. For the most part, though, the plan is to let any additional weakness develop before accumulating, with $2300 being the target.
