There is on-chain data and technical indicators to back up the notion of a market in recovery.<\/p>\n In June, for instance, large investors reached record levels of accumulation\u2014one of the technical signals this analyst points to as evidence of a fresh cycle getting underway. The on-chain data are also telling, from ETF flows to substantial blockchain buying, all of which suggest a bottom has been put in place.<\/p>\n Then there are the two-week MACD and other technicals that present a textbook case of a bottoming pattern. The analyst makes the case that any chance of BTC dropping to $40K or even $20K is now minimal, given the seller exhaustion on display. He references the $26,000 level from last year, for example, where the price did not drop below and it was a good entry point.<\/p>\n For now, he sees a support band at $78,400 and considers the $78,000 to $80,000 range the best area to make some buys, with a stop-loss set at $75,000. A break below $75,000 could indicate a change in the market\u2019s structure and the end of the bull run, in his opinion.
