Yet despite his past returns, such as a 450% gain in his StarkNet position or a 200% profit, the trader has taken a more bearish view of the token.<\/p>\n
He points out that the $0.077 mark was exactly what his StarkNet price prediction called for. Should the token fail to recover from here, he warns, it is only a matter of time before it reaches $0.05.<\/p>\n
Large investors and token unlocks are to blame for the current downturn in the trader\u2019s opinion. He has no intention of getting back into StarkNet until the selling from these large holders subsides and the unlocking is over.<\/p>\n
There is also the issue of declining trading volumes on StarkNet, another concern that could accelerate the decline. While the network has seen as many as 255,000 transactions, the trader is quick to point out this is nothing more than coins being shuffled between wallets rather than real engagement from users.<\/p>\n
To reach any kind of elevated price, such as $0.50, StarkNet would require a market cap in the region of $2 billion. With the current selling and lack of interest, the trader does not think that will happen any time soon. His outlook on StarkNet is bearish and will remain so until there is an improvement in the fundamentals and a change in investor sentiment.<\/p>\n
