The event will bring together 200 developers to focus on Flare&#8217;s interoperability protocols and explore how XRP Ledger can drive the next generation of decentralized finance applications.<\/p>\n<p>The hackathon offers a $35,000 prize pool and will provide participants with hands-on experience in cross-chain development across multiple areas, including cross-chain finance, real-world assets, composable decentralized applications, interoperable infrastructure, and consumer-focused applications. Flare engineers will assist participants in learning technologies such as Flare&#8217;s FAassets, programmable liquidity, smart accounts, decentralized oracles, and XRPL-controlled accounts.<\/p>\n<p>XRPL has established recognition for its speed, liquidity, and strong tokenization support, while Flare contributes secure interoperability and decentralized data capabilities. The two platforms aim to advance developments in event-driven yield products and tokenized real-world assets.
